Biography
Laura J. Wooten joined Clendening Johnson & Bohrer P.C. in 2026 as a litigation associate. Laura started her education at Ball State University where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2019. In 2024, Laura graduated from Penn State Law’s University Park campus with her J.D. and concentrations in Taxation, Administrative Law and The Regulatory State, and Commercial Law. Laura was admitted to the Indiana State Bar in October 2024.
During both undergraduate and law school Laura volunteered her time to the Voluntary Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA) that the IRS sponsors to provide low-income and foreign individuals with free tax preparation and assistance.
Following law school Laura used her experience in accounting and law by working at an accounting firm in a group that specializes in Federal Tax matters.
