At Clendening Johnson & Bohrer, P.C., we know that while mediation and arbitration are not going to produce the most in terms of revenue for our firm, they are often the best way to resolve some of the disputes our clients face. As such, our commitment to providing both quality representation and excellent client service demands that we offer these services to our clients. Our attorneys utilize mediation, arbitration, and other methods of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) to produce satisfying results faster and more economically than through litigation.
Not only does our firm utilize methods of alternative dispute resolution including mediation and arbitration to resolve our clients’ disputes, our attorneys also are available to act as mediator or arbitrator. Gary Clendening has been certified as a mediator since 1995 and has mediated or arbitrated disputes involving medical malpractice, personal injury, real estate disputes, contractual and employment disputes. He has also acted as chairperson for medical review panels formed pursuant to the Indiana Patient’s Compensation Act.
