Austin T. Kearney, Associate Attorney at Clendening Johnson & Bohrer, P.C., practices in civil litigation with a concentration in insurance defense law and personal injury law. Austin’s prior experience in law includes contract negotiation and transactional law. Austin is admitted to the Indiana state bar, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
Austin is a native of Indiana. He attended Purdue University, where he graduated with a degree in history. After graduating, he attended Valparaiso University Law, where he graduated Cum Laude. Austin spent time as a law clerk in Morristown, New Jersey and Chicago, Illinois prior to graduating from Valparaiso.
Upon graduation in May of 2017, Austin was offered an associate attorney position with Clendening Johnson & Bohrer, P.C. He intends to serve the firm and his community to the very best of his ability.
