Adam Doerr practices in the field of civil litigation with a focus on defending doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice cases and clients in insurance defense cases.
Originally from West Lafayette Indiana Adam graduated with a B.A. in History from Purdue University. After graduation Adam worked for two years as a legislative assistant in the Indiana House of Representatives.
Adam prepared for a career in civil litigation by seeking out opportunities to work with highly regarded judges while he was in law school. During his second and third year in law school Adam externed with Judge Hill in Monroe Circuit
Court VI where he helped draft opinions in a wide variety of civil case. In the summer of 2013 he externed with Judge Van Bokkelen in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana. Finally, after law school Adam served in a one year clerkship with Judge David Avery and Judge Stanley Levine in Allen Superior Court. During that clerkship Adam assisted with five civil jury trials.
Adam is an active member of his church and also enjoys hiking in the many parks around Bloomington.
